Although the levels are high, property flooding is not currently expected. The sluice gates at Bembridge are open and throughout the day will enable release into the currently receding tide, prior to the next high tide at 1730 (note that there is no more rain forecast over the coming week). Water levels will be high around Nicolas Close, Brading, Golf Links Road and Moreton Common Road and Fort Holiday Park
