Planning Policies

Policies that form the framework within which local Isle of Wight Planning Applications should assessed.

These policies should be the basis on which planning applications on the Isle of Wight are either granted or refused.

You decide if the Local Planning Authority, i.e.  Isle of Wight Council, adhere to these policies or whether they don’t.

You decide who benefits or loses from the decision making and actions of the Isle of Wight Council and its Planning Office.
